Everything was comfy enough, location is 10 min walk max to levent metro station and quiter compared to other streets. Autopark existed, maybe only for 4 cars approximately but I'm sure they would find a solution if needed more. Reseption employees were really helpful and nice. With a bud beşiktaş is easy to reach. I would again stay therr happly. Breakfast is more then enough with eggs included. Our room was extremely big luckily. Finally, the building seems stronger in case of an earthquake. The reseptionist explained the hotel owner constracting the building so he found it more trustworthy as well.

The staff! I can not tell how significant the help was! Osman Gomec helped to resolve the car accident case even though he didn't have to. We had a car accident the same day we arrived at the hotel near Istanbul. Osman helped us to call insurance, find lawyers, and figure out what to do in extremely short notice of just one day before our departure. We even fixed (patched to be able to drive safely) the car! Remarkable manager and good person! Let's talk about the hotel itself. The hotel was nice with tasty breakfast and good facilities, and they had everything you may need for your stay (even small things like cotton swabs and hair dryer). Facilities are not new, but kept in good shape.

Location is awesome, all you need is here - markets, restaurants, metro station etc. It is very to reach the hotel from and to airport. If you want to see city center or historical places, you can easily use Levent metro station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can enjoy a good breakfast every morning. Very good place for work and travel.

This is my second stay and will be stay in my future visits. I am originally from Istanbul living abroad. The location/proximity to my family/friends is fantastic. Also, minutes walk to subway is a huge plus as it is a major line takes you all the way to old Istanbul. Best way to get around Istanbul and major areas. Major shopping within walking distance. Behind the hotel is a street full of food options. I am biased towards Turkish food, does not get better than this. The hotel is small, breakfast is great, staff is A+. Very clean, overall met my expectations. See you soon on my next trip. All the best.

This is the first time I stayed in Levent (I am originally from another part of Istanbul and live overseas). Location was perfect as I was able to either walk everywhere, took the metro or grabbed a cab (actually they called from the hotel). Lots of shopping and food around, all within walking distance - I am a walker. Breakfast was great, perfect way to start the morning. Room was clean, had a very small terrace, had a nice size closet, nice size bathroom. What I want to praise is the staff from the front desk to the room cleaning. Fantastic all around, very helpful and they all went out of their way to help me out. Thank you to all and looking forward to stay there again. Best,

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff is great and always available to help. The breakfast is good. Overall the hotel and service are excellent.

The reception people were just super grate. It was really very good feeling to be in this hotel. All questions were answered quickly and staff was super helpful. Breakfast with local food was just 5+! I really recommend this hotel. And grate location also - shopping center and Metro station was 5 min away.

This hotel was spotless. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional with a rich array of offerings of cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, raw vegetables and other vegetable dishes of a great variety as well as all kinds of breads and cakes. What a wonderful way to start the day!!!

The hotel is in a very communicative neighborhood - you can buy everything near you. The staff was very smiled and pleasant. The rooms were great. The breakfast was various and delicious. I highly recommend the hotel!
